Douglas lifeboat has a long standing relationship with Douglas Borough Council to the extent that the Mayor of Douglas is by tradition an ex officio member of the lifeboat Committee. Today the current Mayor, Mr Councillor John Skinner JP, and the Mayoress, Mrs. Gill Skinner, joined the crew for this morning’s exercise with Ramsey Lifeboat.
