Not only did the cruise raise in excess of £2,000 but as Patron of Douglas RNLI lifeboat, His Excellency The Lieutenant Governor Sir Richard Gozney KCMG CVO, was presented with a RNLI tie by Branch President, Peter Cain, and Guild Chairperson, Gilli Cowley, when His Excellency and Lady Gozney joined fundraisers and supporters on the annual “Karina” cruise.
